News Flash! the Bear Necessities National Lottery Program v3.2.1 Will not work under Windows Vista and unfortunately the compiler I use is also incompatible with the latest MS OS. This unfortunately means I can no longer support the program and no new program updates will be made available. I will however try to maintain the database manually for as long as posible
I have however found a possible solution instead of just right clicking the program icon, left click and select run as administrator........
If on the other hand you are already using it then you may wish to update to the latest Data Base, this is for those lazy so and so's among you who forget to update your own.
